Shift Manager: Lead the Team, Deliver Great Service

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the shop team when the Store Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll motivate colleagues, ensure excellent customer service, and help the shop run smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll oversee shift operations, maintain high standards, manage stock and displays, and support a welcoming, fast, and friendly service environment.
