TSB Fraud Operations in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a 12 Month FTC to handle inbound calls from customers, protect them from fraud and resolve concerns. You’ll join a friendly team, complete eight weeks of office-based induction, then work a hybrid schedule 2–3 days on-site per week.
