Co-op is looking for a Warehouse Team Manager at the Birtley depot (2pm–10pm, 39 hours per week). You will lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that products are picked and packed safely and efficiently.
You’ll coach your team to improve results week on week, uphold working standards, health and safety, and build strong relationships with internal partners. The role offers a salary from £32,200 to £39,560 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
