Senior Housing Data Analyst
Location: Oxford – Town Hall / Work from home (Hybrid).
Salary G9: £53,527 per annum full time (pro rata for part time).

An exciting opportunity has become available in Housing Services. The Senior Housing Data Analyst will lead the approach to data and evidence-based decision-making within a busy Housing Services area, providing services to over 8000 tenants and leaseholders, as well as delivering a wide range of housing needs and statutory homelessness services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the approach to data and evidence-based decision‑making within a busy Housing Services area.
- Provide services to over 8000 tenants and leaseholders.
- Deliver a wide range of housing needs and statutory homelessness services.
- Support the service and wider Council through data extraction, interpretation, and analysis.
- Collate and manipulate complex sets of data and present findings in accessible and informative ways.
Qualifications
- Experienced data lead.
- Skilled in extracting, interpreting, and analysing data.
- Proficient in collating and manipulating complex data sets.
- Ability to present findings accessibly and informatively.
- Competency in using a range of IT and software applications and complex databases.
