Electrical Contracts Manager – Retail Installation & Refurbishment (Full‑time, Permanent)Location: Devon (travelling to Cardiff and Swindon)Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annumBenefits: comprehensive package including flexible working arrangements

Responsibilities

• Lead up to four concurrent retail projects, each valued at approx. £15,000, on a 12‑week fast‑track programme.
• Provide commercial oversight and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Own project performance, coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage travel to site visits – 2 days per week in peak season (Cardiff and Swindon), 1 day per week off‑peak.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager in the retail sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
• Electrical trade background with solid understanding of installation and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑management skills.
• Stable career history with recognised contractors and a track record of successful project delivery.
