You will drive rigorous financial thinking to transform Chip into a category‑defining generational wealth business.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Take a seat on the Executive Committee and attend Board meetings, serving as a genuine architect of the company’s long‑term commercial trajectory and capital allocation.
  • Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing fintechs at an inflection point as it scales its AI‑powered platform to manage billions in customer assets.
  • Lead the transformation of digital wealth management, moving beyond traditional banking to create a holistic destination for savings, investments, and financial guidance.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the CEO and founders on commercial strategy, end‑to‑end financial modeling, and scenario planning to optimize unit economics and cohort LTV.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience as a CFO or FD in a VC‑backed consumer fintech or retail investment platform with deep expertise in unit economics like CAC and LTV.
