Senior Commercial Lead – Bids & Contracts Growth (Hybrid)

CBSbutler is seeking a Senior Commercial Officer to support major engineering programmes based in Kidderminster with hybrid working (up to 1 day per week).

You will help develop bids, negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract risks and collaborate with sales, contracts, project delivery and engineering teams to convert opportunities into long-term business while ensuring governance and compliance.
