Eurobase is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain trusted relationships with a defined portfolio of enterprise (re)insurance clients using Synergy2, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the application and proactively driving adoption and long-term success.
You will work with sales, product, and delivery teams to support contract renewals, mitigate churn, and contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities by clearly articulating value and ROI.
