Senior MI & Analytics Lead – Logistics Operations

GXO Logistics in Newark is seeking a Senior MI Analyst to lead the development of MI, reporting and analytics across our warehouse and transport operations. You will manage a small team of MI Analysts and partner with operations, finance and support functions to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve service and cost performance.

You will create dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, drive data governance, and support major projects with stakeholders at all levels.
