£40,000+ dependent on experience, expertise and level of responsibility

The Role

The successful candidate will confidently manage a residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Right to Buy transactions
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • General residential property advice

They will be expected to handle cases efficiently while maintaining the highest standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
