Senior Account Director: Experiential & Strategy Lead

Castlebell is seeking an Account Director (senior DOE) in Central London. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, steering strategic conversations and spotting growth opportunities across tech, FMCG, automotive and experiential accounts.

You will lead pitches, shape solutions from the outset and work with production teams to deliver conferences, exhibitions and experiential campaigns, including executive dinners, sponsorship activations, and brand experiences.
