MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Cullompton, Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.
Available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
Full or part‑time role, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, with optional Saturdays
Working hours to be discussed.
Private earning potential
Monthly pay
- High demand for private dentistry, paid at a 50% split
- 50/50 split on lab bills for NHS and Private work
- Opportunity to provide Plan and Short-Term Orthodontics alongside NHS
- Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE.

Three-surgery dental practice with modern equipment
Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endodontics available
Support from experienced Associates, Hygienist, Therapist, and qualified Nurses
High street location with heavy footfall.
Parking available near the practice.
- Cullompton is an historic market town, surrounded by Devon countryside and close to Exeter and Tiverton.
Requirements:
GDC registration
Active Performer Number
Enhanced DBS certificate (required on request)
