Purpose:n To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes.
- Calculate statutory payments, deductions, pensions, and benefits.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC and payroll regulations.
- Produce payroll reports and support audits.

Skills & Experience:

- n
- Previous payroll administration experience.
- Good understanding of payroll legislation and statutory payments.
- Strong numerical and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications:

- n
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Payroll qualification (e., CIPP) desirable.
