About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find products to completing purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience and give customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and discover items they weren’t aware of.
- Store Standards – maintain store front and back standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
About You
- Passion for retail – you enjoy front and back of house work and strive to create a unique experience for each customer.
- Love the customer – keen to develop your customer service skills and product knowledge, eager to participate in the learning programmes.
