Location: Henfield

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am start, 40hr paid week

Pay: £14.00 per hour + £1.68ph in accrued holiday pay

Temp to Perm (perm offered after 12 weeks successful temping)

Important: Own transport is required – applicants without will not be considered.

Hunters’ client is looking for an Assembly Operative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hand-eye coordination, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment. Wiring & Soldering skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bespoke manufacturing and assembly equipment
• Follow assembly processes and quality control procedures
• Assemble, inspect, and package products to company standards
• Carry out basic wiring and electrical assembly tasks where required
• Experience with soldering is highly beneficial

About You

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Wiring or electrical assembly skills are beneficial
• Own transport is essential due to location
