Job Description:
Scottish Government is seeking a Customer Services Officer within the National Records of Scotland (NRS) to help customers access information, records and archives. You will work onsite in a front-of-house capacity, providing one-to-one assistance with technology, retrieving records and scanning documents.
You will also handle entries to public registration records and respond to telephone and email enquiries, supporting visitors and stakeholders with clear, courteous assistance.
