to support catering operations across our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, hands-on chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a professional kitchen team.
You will be an experienced
Chef de Partie , with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in producing high-quality dishes and supporting your team.
What You’ll be doing
Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standardSupporting senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operationsMaintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standardsHelping with food prep, service, and section managementEnsuring your area is clean, organised, and well-stockedWorking as part of a strong kitchen teamEnsuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
