Sous Chef – Central London £40,000
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a busy, high-performing kitchen operation in Central London.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large-scale, fresh-food environment serving up to 3,000 guests daily, alongside a thriving hospitality and events operation. With breakfast, lunch and evening services, quality and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
The RoleAs Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.
What Were Looking For:A passionate and motivated Sous Chef with a stable employment background (within hotels,conference centres or similar)Genuine enthusiasm for fresh food and hospitalityStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a teamExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to consistently delivering exceptional standardsAbility to remain calm and effective under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
Working Hours5 days out of 7 on a rota basis: 07:00
