Support Worker – Flexible Hours, Training & Early Pay

The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Chertsey to join our inclusive services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, and challenging behaviours.

You will help with daily activities, personal care, finances, and community engagement across supported living homes, flats, and outreach, with shifts 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm across a 7‑day week. No prior experience required; full training provided.
