Lead Learner Support Officer – SEND & Inclusion

College of West Anglia in Downham Market is seeking a Learner Support Officer Supervisor (Term time) to lead the LSO team in delivering educational, social and emotional support to pupils with SEND. The post will coordinate daily support and promote inclusive practice.

You will monitor provision standards and work with teaching staff, families and external agencies to help pupils reach their full potential during 37 hours per week across 40 weeks per year.
