Head of NPI Engineering & Design

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Engineering (NPI, Technical, Design) for a manufacturing client. This senior leader will direct engineering and NPI initiatives, shaping strategy and driving innovative processes across design, testing and production.

You will own the Design & R&D portfolio, manage capex and opex budgets, ensure safety standards, and partner with Commercial, Purchasing, Operations and Quality to deliver a world-class product pipeline from concept to production.
