PM Shift Warehouse Operative (Monday – Friday), Bristol BS2 0UQ
Salary 28,330 per annum with 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Full Time, Permanent, 40 hour week, plus overtime at time and a half
Working Hours – 10am to 7pm (Monday – Friday)
We are a busy Paper Merchant looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work in our PM warehouse operation within our Bristol branch.
As you can imagine within a busy warehouse environment, the Warehouse Operative role is physically demanding, requiring manual handling in addition to climbing in and out of our MHE. As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for preparing customer orders, ensuring high pick accuracy, maintaining high safety standards, and working as part of a small, dedicated team to meet performance targets.
This is a physically demanding hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment where you work to deadlines and KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, dispatch)
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Work closely with transport and sales teams to meet delivery targets
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Flexi), refresher training available internally
