Student Support Advocate Remote – Calm Guidance

BIMM University is recruiting a Student Support Assistant in Manchester. You will be part of a digital-first support service, responding to enquiries, guiding students to appropriate services, and maintaining records with confidentiality.

You’ll triage, signpost to university resources, and escalate safeguarding concerns as needed. Two roles exist: full-time (37.5h) and part-time (30h) per week, with a focus on delivering student-centred support.
