Family Support & Attendance Coordinator

Outwood Academy Carlton is seeking a Temporary Family Support Worker for a two-year placement. The role focuses on coordinating support for families, improving attendance and linking with partner services to address barriers to learning.

You will manage an active caseload as a key worker, attend attendance panels, liaise with safeguarding teams, and report to senior staff. The contract is 37 hours per week, term time with 10 additional days.
