HLTA – Classroom Leader & Intervention Specialist

Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting in September. This role supports teaching and learning across the school and helps pupils achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or relevant qualifications, strong classroom management skills and experience delivering interventions. The role is full-time, with a minimum daily rate of £110 depending on experience.
