Duties/Responsibilities: – Oversee the design, execution, and reporting of site investigations and environmental assessments – Ensure high standards in the preparation and review of technical documents, including risk assessments and remediation strategies – Serve as the technical lead on mid- to large-scale projects – Lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary input to meet deadlines and budgets – Provide direct supervision and mentoring to Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers – Support the Associate in managing project resources and maintaining delivery schedules – Serve as a key point of contact for clients on project-related matters – Promote a safety-first culture within the team and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
About You: – Degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field – Ideally 6+ years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy – Chartered status or working toward chartership preferred – Proven experience in managing complex site investigations and environmental assessments – Strong leadership and team management skills – Excellent communication and client engagement abilities – Commitment to professional development and mentoring junior staff – Valid Driver’s License required…
