About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Scaffolder to join our growing team in Manchester. You will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with industry standards
- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure safety and stability
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Work collaboratively with site managers and other trades
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Valid CISRS Scaffolder card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced)
- Previous experience in scaffolding (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work at height
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- CSCS card (preferred)
