Mental Health Care Assistant — Calm, Person‑Centred Support

Barton House Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare within Care Concern Group, is recruiting a Care Assistant. You will support adults with complex mental health needs, following care plans, promoting dignity and wellbeing in a calm environment.

The role requires a caring, patient and respectful attitude, with good communication and teamwork. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain is preferred; prior care experience is beneficial but not essential.
