AI-Driven Partner Operations Leader

IFS is seeking a Partner Technology & Automation Lead to own the technology and automation layer powering global partner operations. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that reduce manual overhead, while owning the data infrastructure for real-time leadership visibility.

You will manage a small team and oversee the full partner tech stack, including HubSpot, THOR, OSCA, and Boomi integration. Strong leadership and enterprise software experience are essential.
