Job : PA to HRD – 12 month FTC
Start : April 2026
Type : Hybrid ( up to 4 days in office )
Location : Central London
Salary : up to £ 55,000 pa
Our client is looking for an experienced, highly organised Business PA / Executive Assistant to support HR Director and play a key role in the smooth running of our HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a media brand, you will also work closely with C-Suite and a wide range of stakeholders. This role will be hybrid with up to 4 days in the office per week.
Duties to include ( but not limited to ) :
- Complex diary management, booking meetings, priorities and communications
- Act as the HRD’s key support and gatekeeper, ensuring effective workflow and preparation
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and PAs across the business
- Prepare documentation, reports, presentations and briefs
- Coordinate HR Leadership Team meetings, agendas and offsites
- Take ownership of correspondence, scheduling, emails and enquiries
- Support with projects, event planning, and general HR operations
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and administrative systems
Great to have's :
- Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leaders, ideally within HR
- Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly and manage changing demands
- Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A proactive, calm and solutions‑focused approach
