Home Care & Support Worker — Drive & Make a Difference

Altogether Care Llp is seeking a Care and Support Worker to deliver high-quality home care across the Bridgwater area, including Highbridge. You will support clients to maintain independence, travel to care visits, and work a mix of morning/evening/weekend shifts with full training and induction provided.
