- Plan and deliver a varied, person-centred activities programme
- Lead and support the activities team to ensure high-quality delivery
- Encourage resident engagement to promote wellbeing and independence
Requirements as a Lead Activities Coordinator:
- Qualification in social care, recreational therapy, or Occupational Therapy
- Additional certification in arts, music, or community engagement
- Knowledge of NAPA training
