Lead Italian Kitchen Chef — Glasgow, Overtime Paid

KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy Italian restaurant in Glasgow on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role (5 days a week) with a salary of £45,000 per year plus paid overtime.

You will lead the kitchen, ensure smooth service, plan menus, manage stock and costs, and work closely with front of house to deliver a great guest experience. A passion for Italian food, strong leadership, and HACCP knowledge are essential.
