Retail Security Officer – Calm, Proactive & Customer‑Focused

OCS is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff, and stock in a busy store environment. You will act as a deterrent to crime, provide excellent customer service, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe shopping atmosphere.

The role requires holding a valid SIA licence (DS or Security Guarding) and the ability to obtain DBS/BS7858 clearance, with shifts 5 days in a 7-day period. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is essential.
