Mental Health Support Worker — Homeless Outreach

The CNTW NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Clinical Support Worker in the Newcastle & Gateshead Homeless Mental Health Team. You will support clients with various mental health issues, including homelessness, under the direction of a registered practitioner.
