Independent Care Community Management (ICCM) is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a spinal cord injury client in Wellingborough overnight. You will help maintain comfort and safety, following a patient-centered care plan and collaborating with family and nursing staff.
The role requires confidence, a caring approach, and prior tracheostomy management experience; full nurse-led training is provided. Shifts include overnight care to ensure continuous support for the client.
