Night Senior Care Lead — Team Coach & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer at one of our Ferndown care homes to lead a team and deliver person-centred care. You will work with the Deputy General Manager to ensure a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families.

You will gain ongoing training, support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments and care planning, and have opportunities to progress into senior roles within the organisation.
