Senior Technical Manager
Northeast London (with regular travel to London sites)
Key Responsibilities
- Leading technical delivery across multiple RC frame residential schemes
- Driving pre‑construction activities, including design coordination and risk management
- Managing and supporting a small team of technical professionals
- Liaising with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and technical assurance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager within a main contractor or developer
- Strong background in RC frame residential projects
- Solid pre‑construction experience (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Desirable (not essential)
- Experience working on HRB (High‑Risk Buildings)
- Exposure to PCSA stages
