Job Role

As Delivery Manager, you will be the key person ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the exceptional standard our clients expect. You will act as the bridge between clients, our technical teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of analytics & AI engagements. Ensure projects meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery matters. Manage expectations, facilitate workshops, provide regular status reporting, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Resource & Team Management: Work closely with Practice Leads to allocate resources Support team well-being, workload balancing, and knowledge sharing in a small-firm setting.
  • Commercial Oversight: Track project financials; Utilization. Identify change requests / upsell opportunities and work with sales/consulting leads to secure them.
  • Process & Methodology: Champion pragmatic agile practices tailored to data/AI work Continuously improve our delivery playbook.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical blockers. Ensure robust quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to proposals, scoping sessions, and capability development. Help shape our service offerings as we expand into new AI domains.
  • Mentorship: Coach junior PMs/consultants and support the professional growth of delivery talent.

Key Requirements

  • 7 + years experience in delivery/project/program management, ideally in data analytics, AI/ML, technology consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong commercial acumen: experience managing project P&L and margins.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to C-level clients.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.
