Project Manager/Building Surveyor, between Associate Director and Director level

TurnerPropertyRecruitmentareworkingwithawellknownconsultancyonanewroleintheirManchesteroffice.Wearelookingforanexperiencedprofessionaltoestablishandleadanewservicelineworkingwithtelecomsoperators.Thisrolewilloverseeaportfolioofassets,managingeverythingfrombuildingoperationstolicencesandleaserenewalsandisopentoProjectManagersorBuildingSurveyors.

Followingtheawardofamajorcontractcoveringhigh-riskandhigh-risebuildings,thisisafantasticopportunitytotakeownershipofahigh-profileprojectandshapeitsfuture.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadandmanagethenewserviceline,takingfullownershipofoperationsanddelivery.
• Overseetechnicalandoperationalaspectsoftelecomsassets,includinglicences,leases,andbuildingmanagement.
• Manageprojectsacrosshigh-riskandhigh-risebuildings,ensuringdeliveryontimeandwithinbudget.
• Buildanddevelopateam,withplanstoexpandtoaroundsixmembers.
• Collaboratewithinternalteamstomaintainandimproveoperationalprocesses.

Requirements

• Provenexperienceinprojectmanagementorbuildingsurveyingwithastrongtechnicalfocus.
• Experiencemanaginglarge-scaleprojects,ideallywithintelecoms,high-rise,orhigh-riskbuildingenvironments.
• Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytodevelopandmanageagrowingteam.
• Strategicthinkerwithexcellentproblem-solvingandorganizationalabilities.
