Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support to IT system users, including clarifying inquiries, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts, and ensuring the tracking and closure of all queries.
- Assist in User Account Management by guiding users through the processes of creating, modifying, and deleting user access.
- Facilitate the User Account Review (UAR) process by ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new division representatives on the use of ComLink systems.
- Perform administrative duties, including the maintenance and updating of data records.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
- Open to consider Entry Level applicants
- Immediate Starters are preferred
