Avara Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for our Woolhope laying site. This hands-on role focuses on bird welfare, biosecurity, and day‑to‑day farm operations with oversight of staff and contractors.
The ideal candidate has livestock experience, strong stockmanship, and a willingness to learn. NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Poultry Production or similar is desirable; training is provided. Own transport is essential for site visits.
