Industrial Door Engineer – Dartford

Overview

A highly reputable manufacturer of industrial doors and loading systems is seeking two experienced Industrial Door Engineers in the South East due to continued expansion. The role offers industry-leading training and an unmatched bonus scheme. The position is predominantly service and repair with limited travel and overtime rates after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors such as steel doors, high-speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
• Some work on loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, wheel locking systems, and scissor lifts
• Basic electrical wiring
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment

Qualifications

• Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment
• Strong employment history within the industry
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF
• Clean driving licence

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary highly negotiable depending on experience (GBP 30,000 – GBP 36,000 per annum)
