Role Overview
Title: Installations Partner (Region 11 – North London – Yeading to West Thurrock)
Location: Field‑based in North London
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Benefits: Pension, PMB, ShareSave, 6.6 weeks holiday, car provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Managers to support delivery of B&Q’s installations service strategy.
- Educate and coach store leadership teams on installations best practices.
- Provide on‑site support and guidance to ensure consistent service quality across the store estate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full driving licence; mobile across the North London region.
- Experience in customer service and installation services preferred.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
