Rate and Hours

Hourly rate: £16.35 – £17.47 per hour. Hours per week: 0 hours (casual).

Overview

This role involves working with patients in their own homes, enabling them to achieve their goals and objectives. In partnership with Occupational Therapists you will co‑deliver Reablement plans and provide information, equipment, advice and targeted support.

Responsibilities

• Work with people in their own homes to enable customers to achieve their goals and objectives.
• Co‑deliver Reablement plans alongside Occupational Therapists.
• Provide information, equipment, advice, and targeted support to clients.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude.
• Friendly and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse customers to help them reach their goals.
• Availability to work on an as‑needed basis, depending on council requirements.
