About the Role

The Finance Business Partner (EMEA) is a strategic, commercially focused role that sits at the heart of regional financial performance. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and analytical thinker who can translate complex financial data into clear business insights, partnering closely with commercial and regional leadership to drive growth, profitability, and informed decision-making across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted finance advisor to regional and commercial leadership, providing forward-looking analysis on sales, profitability, and key business drivers across EMEA markets.
  • Leads and coordinates the monthly close and regional financial consolidation, ensuring timely and accurate executive-ready reporting.
  • Owns the preparation and validation of quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and long-range planning, including uploads in OneStream.
  • Analyses variances versus forecast and prior year, delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitates regional review calls, aligning financial and operational performance across markets.
  • Builds strong relationships with country finance teams and commercial leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and local market trends.
  • Leads ad hoc financial projects and analytics to enhance decision-making capabilities across the region.
  • Serves as sub-region owner for PowerBI and OneStream, maintaining data integrity and driving adoption of best practice reporting.
  • Supports scenario planning and business impact modelling for key initiatives and market dynamics.
  • Ensures all activities are undertaken with a clear audit trail which can be made available on request.
  • Engages others and participates in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Assures compliance of company operations with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including good business practices and company documented procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in a complex, multi-market environment.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across geographies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong financial modelling capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle BI and/or OneStream.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI reporting and data visualisation tools.
  • Prior experience in a multi-country EMEA finance partnering role.
