Key ResponsibilitiesSupport classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activitiesProvide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needsAssist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activitiesEncourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and social developmentSupport positive behaviour management strategiesHelp maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionalsAbout You
