Branch Customer Support Specialist

Lloyds Banking Group in Fort William is recruiting a customer service adviser to join our branch team. You’ll provide face-to-face support to customers, handle everyday banking tasks, and help people through important moments with reassurance and practical guidance.

We’ll train you and support growth through our Skill Progression Framework, with opportunities to move into Digital, Fraud, or Financial Planning roles as you develop. A minimum of 12 months customer service experience is required.
