The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Gilberdyke, is looking to recruit experienced Machine Operatives to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Carrying out machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Reporting faults and production issues promptly
• Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Extensive machine operating experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and hardworking attitude

Desirable:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

Shift Patterns Available

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Continental shifts (60 hours one week, 24 hours the next)
