Global FP&A Partner | Strategy, Budgeting & Insights

Spirax Group is a FTSE100 global engineering business seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across global operations. You will own performance reporting, provide variance analysis and commercial challenge to support strategic decisions.

You will manage a team of four Management Accountants, develop FP&A processes, models and governance, partner with senior operational leaders, and drive cost optimisation while maintaining strong financial governance.
